Druid epic stacks with all other druid DoT's
at 60 your dot's are Druid epic (Wrath of Nature) Winged Death Breath of Ro Drones of doom (bracer click) These all stack I will put a special note that Druid epic overwrites Ensnare (as there is a snare component to the druid epic that is stronger than ensnare) but it does not last as LONG as ensnare. So if you want to kite something around for a really long time and not re-cast druid epic to keep them snared its something to remember

druid epic also has a -150 MR check, though, so you'll generally be using it for high level/high resist mobs or in situations where the snare must land, and ensnare for most things. low level snare also remains useful in a small niche where you may not want snare to last 10+ minutes.
