Midnight Seamail/Warrens

I know the Warrens isn't out yet, but I seem to remember that back on blue, the midnight seamail quests never made it into the game. Does anyone happen to know if I'm mistaken and they were eventually put in or have any timeline as to when those quests would potentially become active?
