Root + FD drops aggro while mob rooted

This has never been accurate on P99 nor is it now. I've fd'd Emp Chottal x5 in a row and he still wouldn't blur, even after resetting to spawn point.

Mobs have always had to reset to spawn point on p99 before any chance of blurring would take effect.

I wonder if there are changes afoot?

important to note some mobs never return to their spawn point. Where they idle is not always where they spawn
