DEF rogue trainers
If I buy the Mask of Obtenebration and bind near FV is that pretty much the only spot I can train in Kunark as a DEF rogue? I didn't see any rogue trainers in OT. I really enjoy leveling in FOB/Kurns early on.

Rogues can train anywhere. Sneak will make any trainer indifferent faction.

It says the trainer in FV can see through hide. So if im sneaking up to her will she kill me if I'm a dark elf?

Sneak and Hide are not the same skill. Sneak makes you indifferent while standing in the rear arch of a mob (behind them). Hide makes you invisible no matter where you are. This means that any NPC is indifferent while sneaking, and thus, will allow you to train/bank/vender.
Now, I honestly don't remember the specifics of the Rogue trainer hut in FV, but if you can approach her from behind or if there's a window on the building, then you'll be able to train there using just sneak.
