EQ minimum & maximum spec requirements
Hi fellow EQ lovers
I have been scouring the internet for the minimum and Maximum spec requirements to play EQ on the emulated servers. I just cant find it and I'm sure its somewhere very obvious in which case I'm very sorry guys for asking. I seem to only find the spec requirements for the live servers but no real detail about the emulated servers. I found a post stating any pc will play EQ as it's such an old game now however I would really love the precise or close to it required specs if anyone might have that information. Again, if this information is posted somewhere I'm very sorry and perhaps you guys could just point me in the right direction. Thanks all

System Requirements:
Windows 98/2000/ME/XP Pentium II 400MHz or greater 256 MB RAM ATI Radeon 7500 / NVidia GForce 1 equivalent or greater Direct X compatible sound card 28.8k + Internet connection 4X CD-ROM 2.6 GB Hard drive space Direct X 9.0 These specs are higher than for the original game in 1999 because remember Project 1999, although a classic emulation, is based on the 2005-era Titanium client. EDIT: In truth you probably need much better than that for P1999, today, because of the P1999-specific dynamic lighting changes that tend to slow performance relative to a stock Titanium installation.

Just don't exceed - I think it's 4.2GHz clock speed? Someone will correct me if I've gotten that wrong. The client doesn't play nice with fast CPUs.
