Kurns IS the best exp for 1-18. ZEM is 150. There is nothing higher than that (200% exp) for those levels.

Personal experience in lowbie dungeons and the wiki - which is unofficial, but the best base numbers we have.

For 1-20, I wouldn't level anywhere else... until Warrens because then you get molar quest exp... if quest exp ever returns to Norrath [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Which makes me wonder why people aren't selling more powerleveling services while quest exp is turned off. I did some free PLing on green with a naked erudite 50 necro, netting people 6-11% exp per kill. *shrug*

Doesn't the above only further prove the point that disabling quest exp, particularly for low level quests, is a totally inane decision that helps no one? In essence agreeing with OP.

Also OP, I saw a guy doing this in Crushbone today and it was retarded, level 7 ranger walking around in full raid gear with a fire pet decimating everything in view. Felt way less 'classic' than people hoarding quest turns in, that's for sure. Meanwhile none of the newbies in CB are even bothering to gather belts or shoulderpads anymore because it's a waste of space. Again feels totally weird and out of place. Capped off is the fact that Oracles and all other casters now cast Gate when they flee, which leads to huge trains. Green officially feels less classic to me than Blue did right now.

Maybe the 'best' part of these quest changes is that they were done to curb an issue that really didn't matter to begin with. Who honestly cares even one iota whether some nerds rush to level 60 in 2 days? In fact they did that anyway. So not only did it not solve the problem but it wasn't even a problem needing a solution, because it didn't ever matter to anyone but like the top 1% of 1% neckbeards on the server who don't sleep 6/7 days a week. P99 admins pretty much punished thousands of people with a decision to curb a nonissue with a solution that didn't work and then kept it there an entire month.
