Indeed. There's so much unnecessary crap in that mix (corn starch filler, corn syrup, MSG), and it's so easy to make your own spice mix from purer ingredients (onions, onion powder, etc.).

But don't rely on condis for your flavour. I usually put cumin and cayenne in my burgers. Spicy creole mustard is a must.

No need for a grill when you got a skillet.

They just opened an In N Out like 5 minutes from my house a few months back. It's okay for the price I guess but nothing special.
