NPC Spawn Issue: Vulak`Aerr spawn location

Issue: Vulak`Aerr is spawning in the wrong location as per classic sources.

In this screenshot we can clearly see Vulak`Aerr in his resting position with his head, part of his neck and upper wing visible. There were two possible reasons for this, he was bigger or he was in the wrong spawn location. After some testing we determined he is the correct size but his spawn LOC is off.

Proposed change: Move Vulak`Aerr's spawn point to 550,-740,121 to match classic values.
