Default Good npc to raise melee skills?

My Druid is 53. Mostly a port mule but I picked up a Hiero Crook for low green con killing when I do little lowbie farms.

Any tips on good low blue npcs melee against? Was thinking any mid 30’s casters would prob raise offensive and defense skills without the drama.

Thanks

Note: not a dps melee Druid. since no epic just my thought besides drone-clicking everything in Najena

You don't want a caster, and you don't want a low blue. You want as high a level as you can manage(you will gain skill faster) and something with a lot of hitpoints that will flee when it gets low enough. You beat it up while ensnared with the lowest damage/fastest two hand you can find.

A mob like:

And a weapon like:

When it gets low on life and about to die, just camp out and right back in and he will have regened a decent bit of health but you should be able to quickly get him back to flee hit point levels with minimal mana expenditure and start all over again.

Very helpful, thank you DMN!
I’ll get a shovel and find a blue runner.

Using a drolvarg ravisher. He’s barely regening faster than my melee dps. Keep droning at 15%. Should be 200 after the movie [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
