Texas would rather have relatively cheap electricity year round than have a functioning grid during a once in a 100 year blizzard, and that democrats will yell loudly but won’t do shit about natural gas pipelines and wells not being “winterized,” even if they were in power statewide. France is 70% nuclear powered but ok.
Also, winterizing assets would not cost much more.
I am saying e have winterized assets and quebec is like much bigger than texas and it is still cheaper, what are you trying to say, that winterizing assets would lead to MUCH higher price the same way you argue that raising minimum wage would mean that bread is now 40$ a loaf?
