Cleric Epic Turn-in Mob: Beware

Since I am dumb and did not pay close enough attention to what i was doing, the cleric epic turn in guy for the final orb (Orb of the Triumvarate) is possibly still holding the orb of frozen water (priest robe) and the orb of vapor (ragefire heart). In my haste, I did not turn in the correct items in the right order, and he despawned before I could give him the last orb to clear his inventory. MQ'ers beware.

It Depawns. So this isnt an issue

It possibly is still an issue. I had a failed brother B once, who is spawned. I returned 2 hours later to spawn him again and turned in 1 monk pipe and still got the reward.

Update: someone else completing quest does not clear inventory, either. Was curious after a guildie completed the cleric epic early this morning. Theory tested with bone chips in Field of Bone. Gave trooper 1 at a time until i got exp. Then gave him 3 (no exp/quest text) Then gave him 4 (exp/quest text). On handing in single chip after, received xp/quest text again.

Conclusion: mob is still holding orb or vapor and orb of frozen water, and will be until someone hands him just the orb of clear water, or there is an earthquake.

update again: issue should be resolved, now. Have confirmed via another attempt that mob no longer holding orbs. MQ'ers: rejoice!

That's right, mobs do remember items even when they despawn or get killed and respawn. For better or worse, classic or not, that's the way it currently works on P99.

I just did cleric epic last night and it worked so its reset.
