well no chest today.

why? bceause i just SHREDDED it at home.

really digging inverted sets on bicep curls as i work with higher weights. On my last couple reps i really drag it out as much as possible. noticing gains aesthetically and strongthily.

been missing shoulders too much so i'm now throwing thos in at home just to make sur ei get them once a week with weights outside of kendo.

coupled with weeaboo squats and lunges, i'm fackin sweaty and strong

he only had a fat gut, no lovehandles or any other fat. Pics are blurry / photoshopped I remember when he came out with it on first episode, so fake
