Default Sarnak war braids

Is there any way to hand these in while KoS? 39 druid if that makes a difference...its for the quest for some xp and OT outpost faction, and the turn in mob is on OT outpost faction

Maybe AoN or illusion pot or harmony or charmed or ?

Any advice is much appreciated!

IMO not worth the effort when you can bank through the walls with no faction and all the merchants are greedy so not worth selling to.

The effort is pretty worthwhile, it's very good exp and berserkers are maybe the easiest OT mobs for the level.

Ball of golem clay will take an agnostic char up to apprehensive (neutral race modifier). Druid deities may be too big a negative mod. I don't know.

I personally did golem clay + 11(? I think) sets of braids + alliance clicky to get the mallet. Was a lot cheaper than strings click nowadays and the exp was good while farming the berserkers anyway.

Ah that's awesome another great idea. And just to clarify I am wanting to do this for the xp, my druid is level 40 and I have a whole bunch in my bank

I used sneak on my KoS iksar monk to turn in braids. Did so many I got the OT hammer w/o strings service. I went in with sneak from the East side and waited til' the captain was at his closest pathing point to the E wall. His cronies will be looking your direction when you do the turn in, but they won't attack if you get the angle right.

If you have hide, you can Harmony to get close enough to open a trade box, then open the trade box with the braids, but before clicking trade, hide and con the quest giver, keep attempting to hide until you con indifferent and then hit trade. The trick is to have the trade box open before you hide to make this work. It's an old rogue trick. Otherwise, if you have a patient friend, they can do the same trick with invis. Just make sure they've cast invis on you after you've opened the tradebox and before you click trade.

I used this trick to get a Mystic Cloak on my DE Wizard without any faction work. Also used it for spawning numerous General V'Ghera's without dying.
