Why is nobody complaining about rain resist rates? Those are the worse part about rains honestly.

Is the resist mechanic different on Rains? feels like even with Malo and tash thrown on a dark blue mob, it gets resisted alot (no pet near).

Yes I think rains have their own special resist code, and will always be resisted if the mob is below a certain HP percentage. It's why wizards never used rains during this era on live -- 100% classic.
