So heres my thought process: Leveling on green is probably going to be pretty damn slow before 29. After 29 with clarity everything I'm about to say is moot I guess.

I thought clarity was a kunark spell. No mana regen buffs until then.

Breeze at 16 is kunark i believe. Clarity is classic
