Great argument. Why don't you explain why "free trade" is good for US workers? Specifically middle class workers?

Basically if everyone wasn't so browbeat into stupid idea about "not wanting a handout" -- wealth transfers can solve the free trade problem where resources are unevenly distributed.

Manufacturing might be useful for security purposes. But from a global economy perspective it is the least important part of an advanced economy. So you outsource that to places with cheap labor.

this is what they said when they got rid of all Americans jobs in the 70's and 80s and started this decline.

I dont care if the stuff people manufacture goes directly into a furnace, as long as the lower middle and lower class have to go to the line to work 8 hours a day, the country is better off.
