It depends how you define best. For example ganking ransoms
leveling up or fighting mobs wizards never stop being good.

Big shit storm battles with aggressive prepared enemies you might get a kill then be OOM and run away lame.

That’s what I mean by the way things shift with dragon geared kunark melees and moreso with velious, in favor of the melee.

But you’re right I don’t play enough, tho I think in this case it’s more about what we mean by best.

Because a wizard can't cast a tl box, run into battle with a 1 click escape plan and start casting unresistable nukes.
