Default Server Selection?

Greetings,

After updating my files I have had trouble logging in. I have either been told to check my connection, or have logged in to a server select screen that has no servers to select.

I welcome any advice.

Many thanks,

-Grad

I'm having a similar problem. Updated the files, and then got disconnected while zoning and now there are no servers on the serverselect screen.

i'm having the same problem, and i'm using wireless i'm not sure if this's the problem it seems to have spikes just logging into the p1999 website and forums, tried logging on about 200 times and still no server select i figured it'd maybe send the packets if i tried to connect enough but alas, no luck as of yet

I'm having the same problem as Reneb. Updated spell files, logged into my paladin just fine. Went link dead while zoning into Howling Stones. Now I either can't login due to "connection error" or when I do log in, there is no servers at the server select screen.

Same problem here, that seems like it's related to EQEmu more than Project 1999. Still, I'm curious to why I can't even select a server.

Well i think its something server-side because the website seems to be very slow.

And in game people are fading in and out like you are going LD all the time but then pops back

I'm also having a problem. Downloaded the new patch files and logged in fine. Played for over an hour. Then I went LD while zoning.

Now I can't get on at all. I get one of 3 errors.

1) It either hangs on "Logging into the server, please wait..."

2) I log into a blank server select screen.

3) Timeout error.

Been trying several times now and just can't get on. Keep getting the errors above over and over. Will keep an eye on this thread and try later I guess.

Also of note, this site is loading noticeably slower than normal. Something's going on.
