I was under the impression GM's said they would enforce player made agreements if the offending person/guild agreed to the player made agreement. Maybe I just imagined that though.

But yeah, Sky is the worst zone in the game.

Paradox isn't really there to get nobles or overseers. I know it sounds weird but most of them just enjoy the game and playing together, paradox does 2 things a week and sky is one of them.

Agreed, but unfortunately it's also necessary for several epics ... and it's the only place Shaman can get an FD item, so there's that.
