From the guy formerly in the guild that quit the server because...

1.Velious pixels weren't ringfenced on week 1.
2. They couldn't land a FTE for shit against competition.

and therefore..

3. The loot council along with 300+ pixel hungry casuals weren't getting any upgrades and people started leaving for guilds that were.
