Default DE Wizard: Need some good spots to aoe 30+

Hey guys, I've been trying to research some good spots to aoe on google, but the ones suggested are kind of flimsy.

Any wizards out there that can give me some info (I'm a darkelf, so I don't have to worry about faction if quadding good guards is an option).

Appreciate the help in advanced!

No real good suggestions yet eh? bummer.

I've checked the Skeletons in Rathe, but they have a decently high amount of hp.

Sisters in OOT are starting to become low, and the pulling in that area is annoying.

If memory serves right isn't there a temple near the port in to dread lands with skeletons that are good for quadding in the 30s before moving to KC side? Also maybe overthere?

Overthere is an easy option.
South Karana - Splitpaw Gnolls, also easy but camped
South Karana - High Aviaks (Avocets and Harriers)

I'd just say Overthere, especially if you are patient. Gather up a kite of 4 Sarnak Berzerkers. Kill them. Then turn in the 4 braids in OT evil city. It's probably like 12% of a level for 4 braids in the 30s. If you turn in something like 60~ braids you will get high enough faction to get the Workers Sledgemallet on your own.

Bards do AE kite there just pick 4 mobs off their train and quad them if you can't find anything else. But people greatly exaggerate how much bards take in the zone.

Do you guys happen to know where I can specifically find pirates in FV?

Everywhere I looked there werent very many, and they were mixed in with pilgrims and drixies, which is insanely dangerous due to their casting.

Is there a specific area I can gather up pirates without the threat of getting dominated by ranged casters?

Just need to keep an eye out for the pilgrims and drixies. A Staff of Temperate Flux is extremely handy here. Pick the Pirates out of the crowd, round em up by the cliff, and run them back and forth along the edge.

A majority of the Pirates will be near loc neg2000,neg2000.

If your FV faction is bad it may be a bit more difficult, but the XP is excellent.

The pirates are all mixed in with the drixies and pilgrims. That's probably not the best place to kite for a character who is KOS to those mobs.

The coast to the far right of the city.
