May I did 100 pushups a day + 100 miles cumulative running
I’m gonna get to 60-70 miles running, so failed there, but doing the pushups fairly easily June I’m doing 30 pull-ups / 20 chin ups a day. Probably won’t be able to do that. Oh and I “lift” 4 times a week. I was using resistance bands and dumbbells while the gyms were closed, back in the gym now | ||

I hate running, but im getting faster. 2 miles in 15 and a half minutes, the rest of the half mile I ran done by the 20 minute mark. .7 miles left in my 20 minute timer left till I'm as fast as I was in cross country. I never appreciated how fast that is until now.
