Default Graphics issue

Hello,
I recently built a new system with some older components and have been having graphics issues with EQ. When I booted EQ for the first time on this new system I noticed that my toon had a pixelated aura around him in the character select screen. The problem persisted in game play with, not only my own toon, but NPC's and other toons as well. Not sure if I have a hardware problem or what, but I was hoping someone up in this piece would have a solution.

System specs:
2.8 ghz AMD II X2 240 processor
Crucial Ballistix Tracer 1GB 240-Pin DDR3
ATI Radeon HD 4350 VGA card

Not the greatest build, but I figure it should run EQ. Any advice would be great.

Did it look anything like that? Those are called artifacts. Could be due to overheating, or driver issues. I had a similar problem on the login screen, that that was an ingame screen shot.

It was the drivers. Thank you. I wonder why VGA manufacturers even bother to distribute driver software with their cards; you undoubtedly have to download an update from the onlines.
