Are objectively the two most harmful aspects of modern civilization in that order.

In combination. They are pretty deadly and the collateral is intensely debt'titillating.

Change my mind.

P.s. hydrogenated oils and bleached flour are runners up.

All objectively more addictive and harmful than heroines.

I haven't owned a tv in like 15 years. Really gives me so much more time in my days to do stuff that is actually fun/improves my life.

I was being a smart ass. I think Hobart is being judgmental plus stoic as well afraid that I'm trying to take away his sugar, T.V. and Eq.

Do what you need to do to cope. Enjoy life Hobart. These things can be enjoyed responsibly and in moderation.

Sugar, T.V., and EQ are often not enjoyed or consumed, used in moderation. It does effect our civilization.

I'm not voting on Sugar bans though. However if we implement universal health care, a doctor should be able to order an individual patient to stop using sugar, and disobedience should carry punitive measures in that scenario. It looks like that is the trending direction of society. I would never be a doctor or demand you stop consuming sugar. I will simply remind you. Sugar is generally the worst thing you can consume. Consuming too much constitutes self harm.
