In reality older posts are from 2001, but i don't think they would nerf this mob in purpose in new eras to not summon people. It wouldn't make much sense.

There’s a krom zek spy and a kromzek spy, both lv55 in skyshrine for two different quests. Probably the reason to the conflicting reports about summoning, one did the other didn’t perhaps?

None of the posts on that allah page that mention the mob summoning are in era for p99. Back to the drawing board.
