a coerced smith

Prior to the patch, "a coerced smith" on the third floor of Dalnir would drop 1 iksar blood 100% of the time and a second one about 5-10% of the time. Since the most recent patch, he seems to only drop 1 blood about 50% of the time.

There are multiple posts alluding to the high drop rate of blood from this mob:
here (this one seems to have mistaken the coerced smith for a coerced iksar since it mentions "near the Warsliks zone in Dalnir" and the smith is right by the zoneline)
here (out of era but consistent with previous behavior)
and here (closer to era and though it only mentions one kill, the mention of the blood drop is consistent with prior behavior)
