Default On this day... *RP thread, don't * it up*

After recovering from a long, stressful night spent in Freeport brewing, I decided to enage in my quest to raise my skill in pottery. After much searching, I couldn't find what I needed in Freeport so... I decided to take a hike to Greater Faydark to pursue my endeavors in pottery.

With the help of the translocators, I made it through the Ocean of Tears at ease. I never understood why the boats never came to Freeport, and when why I try to board them in Erudin, I would fall right through them - as if they were.. *gasp* ghost ships!

However, I've dawned upon the theory that the ships were under repair, or were being 'ressurected' due to years of abuse sustained from collisions with sharks and such. So while they are under repair, the Gods have received countless prayers for transportation help from point A to point B.. so they enslaved Norrathians to do their biddings! Instead of handling each request personally, they would keep said Norrathian locked up on their plane, and teleport them down to respective locations in Norrath in intervals... almost precisely when the boat would arrive... and then the enslaved Norrathian would sustain all the abuse from the travelling folk.

Such a thought occupied my mind throughout my journey to Kelethin, and made the time go by quickly.

After my arrival to Kelethin, I was amazed at the intricacy of the tree village. I hadn't been there in oh so long, and any memory of it was vague. After a while, I found the pottery wheel. I expected there might be a merchant nearby the pottery wheel, but to my dismay - there was none in sight! I set out in search for said merchant... and I found one, but he didn't have what I needed! So I kept looking... and ALL the way across Kelethin - I found him and I bought all that my bags could fit.

"What kind of merchant wouldn't be nearby something he would readily use?", I pondered as I ran back to the pottery wheel. It took a few more trips back and forth from the merchant to the pottery wheel... You wonder why Gnomes have no hair? Because we tear it out while doing trade skills!

I was alone in Kelethin for a while until I received a tell....

it's like you make the atomic bomb (server) and you don't want to let other countries (guilds) have nuclear secrets (under the radar information). it's gm's business and no one else's or else everyone gets nuked. letting Iran or North Korea beta test and keep the successful nukes, makes other countries uncomfortable.
