Default Zoning dispelled all my buffs and debuffs

When i zoned into lower guk from upper guk, me and a frokluk shaman were at 5%. I had poison and disease and was pressing F1 to self target and heal after zone.

When I zoned all my druid self buffs, the disease, and poison were gone. I had them all before zoning.

Happens often. It’s not a bug. It will happen when you zone at very low HP.

It happened again.

This time I had a disease, was 3% life, wasn't touching anything and I zoned into lower guk with no buffs or debuffs.

Yep! There you go. I was busy and couldn’t search, but you found the more in-depth answers to this common question.

You can utilize this to remove DOTs from yourself if there is a zone line nearby and you are nearly dead. It’s just unfortunate if you also lose some sweet high-level buffs, but I guess you just have to play safer in that case. Have fun.

Crippling for PvP servers as well. Terrible for DoT classes. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
