Best place for a Monk to solo at 45?

I'm decently geared, all slots filled, but I don't really have the time (or drive) to sit in some established groups for a long time, especially if I have to find a rep for myself when I start getting bored. I just wanna find some easy kills for exp, even if it's like barely more than green, just as long as I get something for it and the risk of dying is minimal. Thoughts?

Farm https://wiki.project1999.com/Tomekeeper_Danl he has extremely low HP and has no faction hits.

I just did him to like 48 or 49 or something while semi AFK. If your human its 100% safe since nobody helps him and you can FD, and if you're an Iksar, just dont stray too far out of the library is all, reset him if anything crazy happens. He does path goofy sometimes.

HHK guards, oggok guards, dreadlands... really any place with level 33+ warrior mobs, ideally near bandages.

Bloodgills are good too. I did that from 48-50. Tower of Frozen Shadow is good too. I did that from 40-48. Just be careful as corpse runs are a pain.

Tower 1 in west karana has a level 35 guard (guard justyn) that will give you full exp. It also has a level 30 guard to get partial exp. Vendor nearby to sell the fine steel swords to. You can take this to level 48 before suffering an exp penalty.

Next up would be Bouncer Hurd and/or Flerb in The Ferrott. They are level 37, which you might be able to kill now, just depends on gear. Vendor in zone you can sell to. You will get full exp until you get to level 52 on these guys.

Next up would be Konia Swiftfoot in west karana level 40 mob at tower 1, no faction hit, no loot however. You can take her to at least 55 for full experience, probably further, haven't tested.

All fairly easy mobs you can do semi afk.

3rd floor of the Tower of Frozen Shadow. Maid and Butler rooms have a tiny safehall between them where you can sit/FD. Maid room has the exit out if things go really bad. Of course, getting keyed to 3 will require some work.
