Default Timers

For some reason When I mouse over my buff icons I can no longer see how much time is left on it. Same goes for if I scroll over an item I can't see the name pop up. Does anyone know how to fix this or turn it back on?

Reboot your PC. I had a long winded answer but I can't be bothered to explain it for the 100th time.

^^ savok puts a lot of time into improving not only the users experience, but also getting people's shit working here in tech forums.

He's allowed to take a pass on explaining something again without taking shit for it :/

I didn't take anything bad from it at all. It's just that if you work in IT you tend to get the same questions all of the time where you have to be happy and act like I never heard that one before! hahahaha! I was going to write out the reason but didn't think it would add anything to the answer I was giving, so I didn't.

If you really want to know the reason as to what happens you need to understand the relationship of certain processors and the way it counts seconds to the power of 256, but you knew that anyhow right?
