Where were all the "competitors"?

Couldnt help but notice all 9 previously listed guilds didnt show up and set up on top of each other.

most of them probably barely had time to digest the rule change before it was rescinded and all living ToV targets were consumed.

Just sayin, if we just have to have a rotation, maybe start with the guilds that actually showed up and were competitive. Everyone wants a spot on the list for no competition, but are suspiciously missing when competition is in effect.
