Merchants: Qeynos Cultural: Full Plate?

Mars Sedder in South Qeynos sells the molds for Qeynos culturual smithing, full plate, not sure if this is classic.

Awesome. I need to test the various recipes but it appears at least the ingredients for the Barbarian Cultural and Qeynos Cultural weapons are available in game. Have not tested creating them.

Would it be possible to simply remove the cultural forges? They cannot be used for regular smithing anyway.
