Default IP Help?

Hi everyone, new to the forum so dont flame me if I am in the wrong category on the forums and such. But Ive been using the Emulator fine for the last few weeks.

My problem is that today my brother came into town and I installed the Everquest Emulator fine on his computer. Were both running the game on a wireless DSL network so I assume were on the same IP. We cant both run it from our different computers at the same time because one of our accounts will say our IP has "temporary block". Does that mean I need an "IP exemption" or something? If so can you respond back to me and let me know whom I need to contact and where I should post my help issues. (BTW my account name is that same as my forum name if that has to do with anything...)

Thanks Abunch,
