Only possible changes to scout would be level req, otherwise it's fine and fair.

Level requirement could be worth talking about, but certainly not level 59 lol. 52 would be a better starting point for discussion.

Voted yes because in principle yes scout should be changed. Just not those suggested settings though haha.
