I hear OP just had 16 characters banned for boxing. Any red player confirm? I guess if you join red you could level your guys with his new box crew.

There is no hope for Red at this point. Server needs wipe, or a new PvP box such as teams/discord/periodic wiping season server. I'd advise making it slightly more balanced as well but shrug.
