Default Game "Hangs" for a second when

Hi all,

I hope someone has an idea on how to fix my issue:

When I move around, the game "hangs" shortly (fraction of a second).
After it runs again, I look into totally different directions if I had pressed a directional key before.
This leads to getting disoriented a lot when moving around as these stutters happen a lot :-/

I got the impression that it could have to do something with the light-source problem people describe in other posts but my "stops" of the program are very short and my fps is fine.

I really hope anyone has a fix for that issue :-/

I tried to use the DuxaUI Dual-Core fix but the problem still remains. :-/

It MIGHT be that installing the fix did not work as I also installed the classic battle music with Duxa but only the Titanium one is played.

Does anyone have an idea on how to approach this? :-/

I used to have this problem as well.

The fix for me was to install P1999 onto a SSD. For some reason EQ just access's a spinning hard drive too dang slow.
