Hide broken

Recently on a Rogue with max skill hide has been failing with the message 'You must stand perfectly still to hide!'. This happens even when standing stationary for several seconds, and even while sitting down (not on slippery surfaces). Sometimes it works as it should, but often it fails for no obvious reason.

Have not personally experienced this on blue. Could be a network related thing? Is this easily reproduced or is it like a 1 in 100 sort of thing?
