in that picture... there is a paladin wearing all green armor... I am to believe that this was in the BETA of EQ, the dev/gm was Brad (the creator) and it was called Green Splintwood Armor...

does anyone remember the exact stats / name of it?

This was 10+ years ago and I remember seeing him before EQ launched live.

Yep, just wanting to know the stats, the only thing I can remember is the armor was VERY light, being 0.1 per piece. I don't have any screenshots saved of when I inspected him.
