Setting up WINEQ2.0

I posted in the wrong forum,

My question is how do i set up wineq2.0 to work with this?

I've installed the wineq2.0, and when I click on the icon in the taskbar, and go to properties, and look at preferences there are no games listed. Anyone explain how i should set this up with project1999 to make it work?

I'm hoping this fixes the slow down, cause i love the game but i get only 15min before its soooo choppy.
