Login Screen has no servers

I have been away for quite a while, and am just starting back tonight. I downloaded and pasted in all the latest files from the "getting started" post, but when I log in the server select screen is blank. I have tried clearing the DNS caches (suggested in one thread) but no dice. I saw reference to eqemu login helper, but I could not find a live link with that application. Can anyone help me out with getting in to the game?
