Buddy who does CrossFit and power lifts out of state thought his legs were bigger after going hard for a few months. I’m like bruh no one can step to my legs anymore. You don’t know how hard we workin out here

Clever use of bench to hide my junk

Why is that? I don’t think it’s doing damage to the carpet?

That chair, my computer chair, I accidentally stole. I saw it outside a cigar shop one day when I was getting food and thought “hey free chair they don’t want, nice”, and threw it in my flatbed and took it home. Then a week later I noticed a new chair out front the cigar shop with the owner sitting in it. Apparently he liked to sit outside and just chill. I always assume when I see a chair by the street that it’s up for grabs

I felt too embarrassed to return it. It’s pretty ratty now, if I started playing p99 a lot again I’d need to upgrade it probably but I’m hardly ever on the computer anymore

This one was not fun. This taxed me. It doesn’t help that the last mile is on concrete not grass, and tired legs means compromised form. NGL my right leg was half-numb for the last 30% of this

It was a bitch, and it only burned 688 calories. That’s less than an average fast food meal. This is why calorie restriction is 10x more effective as a means for weight loss than calorie burning (but both together are obviously best/healthiest)

You're pushing it too hard and running conflicts with those leg days. Your body is struggling to maintain equilibrium.

I would train for cardio endurance. Unless you need sprints. You could easily benefit from an easier pace.

Your legs are huge so they will get tired easily. Is a 300lb leg press sufficient for what you gotta get through?

How much rest are u getting between when you push yourself? Test yourself? It takes a few days, even a week for muscles hit max readiness.

That is pretty crazy to hold up for 5 miles tho. Impressive!

I would settle into an 10 min pace slow as snails for anything over 3 tho. Unless I was running for my life.
