I just remembered that weapon with its unique look, droped in Runeye had amazing stats even for a Velious era weapon.
Is it from the classic era or was it after Kunark or Velious?

The runnyeye revamp was classic but I couldn't give a specific date. I believe it was post velious but pre luclin.
