An unknown error occurred while trying to join the server

I'm also getting this problem with "unkown error occured while trying to join the server". Anyone know what this is about? I've tried restarting my computer twice, shutting it down also. I even went as far as to re-install the patch. Nothing works. I posted this same thing on the patch notes thread but I don't think the mods gave it the OK. Whats going onnnnn? Opening Command Prompt then doing ipconfig /flushdns worked for me. Restarted after good luck [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.].

I seem to be able to log in on my laptop, but my Desktop doesn't let me get past the server screen without giving me the unknown error message box.

Bout to update my GF's laptop later on, I hope she has better luck than I did.


Edit: Managed to get to the character select screen on my desk top, So glad i dont have to play on my laptop :P

ok I managed to log. I downloaded again and copied the files. Make sure you also copy old files from "uifiles" as well but don't overwrite. Just copy the old files back into the uifiles. Sorry if it sounds confusing.
