Kirak Vil/Keeper of the Tombs/Miragul

Anyone know when any of these 3 were last killed? Info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

For Miragul, your best bet is leaving a toon (lvl1 barb is fine if you get invis) in the tunnel with your /log on and tracking it that way. Hardest part is getting a kill force out to EF whenever he decides to show up.
