correct only the side inside toxxulia forest exist I guess if you try to zone in you go into oblivion. But for the quest you just need to give the cap to the skelly there no need to zone to other side

I was also surprise by the fact that the pixie are indifferent according to the wiki they should have attacked me

Kill decaying skeletons 1-5 and thats 40pp loot. It'll take like 6 hours.

Aim for humanoids and undeads. Loot weapons and cloth armor, vendor, repeat.

I only killed snakes/spiders/bats etc if no skeletons/orcs/gnolls were in view range. By level 5 or so you should have a couple plat, several backpacks, and full cloth armor.

Special mention to 'cracked staff' since they vendor for 1p each. If you see anything wielding a staff, pull it asap and hope its cracked instead of the cheap/heavy 2h staff.
