(Btw the near-unanimous consensus for the most disturbing video of all time on the internet is called “Funkytown Gore”, and is an elaborate cartel execution, the king of all execution videos. I hard passed on looking it up, even the description on that channel almost made me sick)

I woke up yesterday morning intending to go for a run before work, but it was raining. So i was like ok i'll put on a podcast and do some jumping jacks/yoga or some shit. It happened to be this Goggins podcast. 20 minutes later i was running in the rain. And what was supposed to be a 30 minute run became 45.
