will velious be added onto kunark server

Not sure if this has already been asked but when velious is released will it be added to the kunark server or will it be a completely different server?

I'm pretty sure there would be a riot if everyone was forced to reroll to enjoy Velious. I wasn't here for Kunark release, but I'm sure they will be the same blue/red servers.
