Default My game keeps losing connection

Several times a session my game will seem to randomly disconnect - I can still move around but all other characters disappear and I can't interact with NPCs. If I caste a spell it will not let me cast any others but that spell will be in effect when I log back in, or if I run to a zone, the game will crash on zoning but I will be in the new zone when I log back in. From this it would appear that I can send info to the game, but not receive anything back.

This doesn't appear to be related to zoning and is seemingly quite random. Sometimes I can play for hours and other times it happens every few minutes.

The only way to exit the game at this point is /q or to force close the game.

I am using a Surface Pro 7 and any help here would be appreciated.

Thanks

use a WiFi analyzer app on your Android and change the wifi channel on your router to something other can 6 (which is the default for 2.4ghz). move about your house to find the channel with the best rating or least amount of competing wifi ssid's. possibly change to "N" based wifi or higher speed rating (b->g->n->ac->ax). after "N" you will start using 5ghz band more.
unless you have satellite or dsl, chances are you are having a local connectivity issue.
if you have internet faster than 150mbps, "N" wifi should be able to handle your network.
