Connection Failure: Could not establish a connection
Hey all,
Brand new to the idea of Project1999. Played EQ for YEARS and miss the old game so looking forward to getting this working. Running Windows 10 in Virtual Machine mode (for now). I have bridged the connector so that specific VM has a dedicated internal IP address. I have all ports on the hardware firewall open and verify that the internal machine does not have any inbound or outbound traffic being blocked. Windows firewall and anti-virus is turned off. And this is a fresh install. I followed the directions on this site for installation of the EQ game and the project 1999 zip files which I put into the EQ directory over writing the existing files. The zip file I used was P99files52.zip Any and all assistance is greatly appreciated.

Where do you get this error? What's in your eqhost.txt file?

also - make sure you're using the batch file "launch titanium.bat" and not running everquest.exe.

To launch the game, use the "Launch Titanium" file found in your Titanium directory (This should have been extracted from the Project 1999 Files). Remember to NEVER launch "Everquest.exe" or patch the game. Doing this will require you to completely reinstall Titanium! -Mcoy
