May I did 100 pushups a day + 100 miles cumulative running

I’m gonna get to 60-70 miles running, so failed there, but doing the pushups fairly easily

June I’m doing 30 pull-ups / 20 chin ups a day. Probably won’t be able to do that. Oh and I “lift” 4 times a week. I was using resistance bands and dumbbells while the gyms were closed, back in the gym now

The running I am not gonna be able to do, 100 miles was too much at age 55. I’ll probably get to 70. The pushups are trivial now though, I’m doing archer pushups and prowler pushups to make them harder

And I’m not on roids, I have Genghis khan blood, no need for cheating

I hate running, but im getting faster. 2 miles in 15 and a half minutes, the rest of the half mile I ran done by the 20 minute mark. .7 miles left in my 20 minute timer left till I'm as fast as I was in cross country. I never appreciated how fast that is until now.

its very fast, work on weightlifting you are probably way too skinny pulling those numbers unless your early 20s
